You authorise Precision Placements and prospective employers to conduct reference checks and verify your employment history, qualifications, and professional credentials.
Interview Attendance
If we arrange an interview on your behalf, you agree to:
- Attend the interview at the scheduled time
- Provide reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours) if you need to reschedule or cancel
- Conduct yourself professionally throughout the interview process
- Provide feedback to Precision Placements following the interview
Job Offers
If you receive a job offer through Precision Placements:
- You must inform us immediately of any offer received
- You should not accept or reject an offer without first discussing it with us
- You agree to honour any acceptance of employment for a minimum probationary period
- You will notify us if you decide not to take up a position after accepting
Employer Terms
Vacancy Information
Employers agree to provide accurate and complete information about vacancies, including:

Candidate Treatment
Employers agree to:
- Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination

Fees and Payment Terms
Recruitment fees are agreed separately with each employer client. Standard terms include:
- Fees are payable upon successful placement and commencement of employment
- Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
- Refund or replacement guarantees apply during the agreed guarantee period
- Fees are subject to VAT where applicable
Candidate Ownership
Candidates introduced by Precision Placements remain our introduction for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction. If you employ a candidate we have introduced during this period, our fees will apply even if the hire occurs through other means.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Candidate personal information and employment details
- Client vacancy information and business details
- Commercial terms and fee arrangements
- Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the recruitment process
Precision Placements will not disclose candidate details to employers without the candidate's consent, except where required by law.
Data Protection
